The hardest thing was getting the poles through the holes.

The thing that worked well was we all worked together to make the tent.

I learnt that it is not so easy to set up a tent without instructions.

Chapter Chat Digital Design W3 T4

This week for Chapter Chat I did the Digital Design I made an avatar for Coach Brody. The hardest was knowing what all the details of what his eye color and stuff.

Troop challenge.

We chose to try to make a Poncho tent and A frame tarp shelter to survive in the woods, because we thought they would be easy and fast to make. Also it would not take much time to make. We have voted for two different shelters to make and all of us voted on the same two so it was easy to make a decision. We also wanted pick these two shelters because they would keep us warm like a tent.  And it looks like the best to keep us from the bad weather.

Troop Challenge. Task 1 shelter

1. First, you need to find the right spot to set up your shelter. You need to find the
warmest spot

2.   A shelter needs to protect you from the wind, rain, and thunderstorms you
need to make sure that your shelter is strong enough to handle some weather
if it is coming.

3.  You could use a shoelace, rope, tarp, poncho, trees, leaves and rocks. 

4. Pros. Quick to build and doesn’t require many materials. 

    Cons. Might break in the night if not secure well and If not built high animals
might try to get in.  

Research W2 T4 2019

This week I did research, I researched 2 shoe brands, Nike and Puma. In the doc put a picture of a shoe for more effects. I did not know that Puma was made before Nike. Finding the facts. 
      

Calendar Art 2019

 In Term 3 as a class, we made calendar art. I draw an underwater scene with a scuba diver picking up trash in the ocean. I also did some bending on the plant on the top right.

Chapter Chat Digital Design T4 W1

This week I did Digital Design, We are reading a new book called GOST with a boy named Castle and he got bullied at school, he got on the race track team and if he mucked up once in school he will be kick off the team and he mucked up and the coach came and got him. I made THE DEFENDERS TRACK TEAM flag. The hardest thing was probably the trophies on the flag because I mucked up most of the time. I made the race track behind the flag with Coach yelling at them. The easiest part was making the race track on the flag and on the ground.   

Holiday blog challenge

These 2 weeks my dad surprised me and my brother. He came on Monday and left the next Sunday. We almost went to the rugby field ever day. On Saturday we went to a place called fun zone in hamilton it had arcade games, minigolf, laser tag, and VR games. I can not get the photos of the Lazer tag.  My dad and his family made 2 fishing bags for me and my brother it's got knives and fishing gear. There is a     front pocket that had a lot like a lot a lot of South African lollies in it. We also went eeling with Jamie and Oscar.
